Quotes are subject to vehicle availability, pickup location, routing, date, and final trip scope. A quote request does not guarantee a reservation until the booking details are reviewed and confirmed.
Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, attraction operating conditions, or guest-requested adjustments. Private tours are designed to stay flexible, and final timing should always be confirmed before departure.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, pickup information, and any planning requirements that materially affect the route, timing, luggage, or guest experience.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours of departure, there is no refund. Reservation changes, weather-related decisions, and route adjustments are handled case by case.

Tour Niagara prices private tours per vehicle rather than per seat. Current starting public rates are CAD 850 for the Luxury SUV, CAD 1,200 for the limo or sprinter category, and CAD 1,400 for the limo bus. HST, route scope, timing, overtime, and selected add-ons are confirmed during quote review.
Tour Niagara plans door-to-door pickup from Toronto, the GTA, Pearson Airport-area hotels, and eligible pre-arranged airport pickup points. Supported areas include Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, and nearby areas when the route fits.
Pre-arranged Pearson Airport pickup or drop-off can be included at no extra charge when it is part of an eligible private Niagara tour booking. Standalone airport transfers are quoted separately. Flight timing, luggage needs, and the pickup meeting point are reviewed before confirmation.
For confirmed bookings, Tour Niagara can create a dedicated dispatch and driver group chat with the client’s point of contact. This keeps pickup timing, airport updates, driver coordination, route questions, and return details connected during the travel day.
A private booking includes the confirmed private vehicle category, chauffeur-led transportation, pickup and return planning, route support, and a custom schedule around Niagara Falls, the Niagara Parkway, Niagara-on-the-Lake, wineries, and optional attractions. Ticketed attractions, tastings, meals, HST, and gratuity are handled separately unless included in the approved quote.
