If e-transfer is requested, the reservation remains pending until Tour Niagara reviews the booking and sends payment instructions by email. The e-transfer should be sent within 2 hours after confirmation instructions are issued, otherwise the booking may be cancelled.

A full refund is available when the tour is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours of the start time, there is no refund.
